By accessing or using ApplyOpt (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

ApplyOpt provides AI-powered tools for optimizing interview responses. The Service generates content suggestions based on user input.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview results, or hiring decisions.

3. Token System and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid token system. Tokens may be purchased in bundles and are deducted upon usage.

Except where required by law, tokens are non-refundable once purchased or used.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for how generated outputs are used.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyOpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions, delays, or failures may occur due to maintenance, external service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Except where required by law, we are not obligated to provide refunds for service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, cyberattacks, infrastructure outages, or third-party service disruptions.
